Additional information on the species Cheilocostus globosus can be found at PID3432. The cultivar description follows: C. globosus form with yellow-orange basal flowers. Plant is glabrous except for undersides of leaves which are velutinous. Ligules are long (up to 4 cm.) and deeply lobed, becoming papery with age.
