Cultivar published in the Heliconia Society Quarterly Bulletin, Vol. 19, No. 4, December, 2013.

HORTICULTURAL NOTES:

SOUTHERN PERENNIALS - This is a beautifully variegated plant with reddish spiralling stems and broad, creamy white striped leaves. Leaves are quite soft and furry to the touch, like sandwashed silk. Apparently will not flower here. Height 5'; needs at least partial shade. Hardy here. Zones 8-11.
